Cassie - Client Service Representative

Cassie was born and raised in Lewiston, ME and has been working in the veterinary field for several years.

After gaining valuable experience as a CSR at MVMC, she joined the Cape Veterinary Clinic team in August 2024. As a Client Service Representative in our Urgent Care department, she is often the first point of contact for pets and their families during unexpected veterinary emergencies. With a calm and caring approach, Cassie works closely with our medical team to ensure patients receive timely care and clients feel informed and supported throughout their visit.

Outside of work, Cassie loves spending time outdoors hiking, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and relaxing with a good book alongside her two one-eyed cats, Blue and Kyo.
