Dr. Libby was born and raised in Downeast Maine. After graduating from Husson University, he worked in southern Maine as an emergency veterinary assistant, before moving to Massachusetts to attend Tufts University for veterinary school. After graduation, he then returned to Maine to practice at Cape Vet, where his interests include dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Libby lives in Old Orchard Beach with his partner and his chihuahua mix Max.
